From December 18 to 21, 2025, the Aosta Valley hosted the 2025 Winter CONI Trophy, organized under the auspices of the Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano (CONI). The event welcomed around 1,000 athletes representing Italian regional committees and Italian communities abroad, transforming Aosta into a vibrant hub of winter sport and national pride.
The Winter CONI Trophy is one of the most important youth multi-sport events in Italy, designed to promote grassroots sport, regional identity, and the Olympic values of inclusion, fair play, and excellence. Young athletes compete across multiple winter disciplines, offering them not only a competitive platform but also a formative experience that combines sport, teamwork, and cultural exchange.
The 2025 edition featured competitions governed by the Federazione Italiana Sport Invernali (FISI) and the Federazione Italiana Sport del Ghiaccio (FISG), covering a range of winter and ice sports disciplines. Alongside the competitions, the traditional Parade of the Regions and the final award ceremony reinforced the celebratory and institutional dimension of the event.
The success of an event of this scale depends not only on athletic performance but also on the seamless experience provided to athletes, technical staff, and delegations. AIM Group played a key role in coordinating the organizational and logistical framework behind the scenes.
From travel planning and accommodation management to transfer coordination, catering services, accreditation processes, and ceremonial production, every operational detail was carefully structured to ensure efficiency, punctuality, and comfort. The fully in-person format required precise timing, close collaboration with local authorities, venues, and suppliers, and constant on-site supervision to guarantee smooth execution throughout the four-day program.
Sustainability was also an important consideration. The event incorporated several plastic-free initiatives, optimized resource planning to minimize waste, and adopted solutions aimed at reducing the overall environmental impact, in line with the growing commitment of major sporting events toward responsible organization.
The 2025 Winter CONI Trophy once again demonstrated how meticulous logistical planning, strong coordination, and a clear operational vision can effectively support a large-scale national event, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for all participants.
