AIM Communication completes 100% acquisition and incorporates GAS Communication & Partners
The communications company part of AIM Group is growing through the merger by incorporation with the PR agency specialising in the healthcare sector.
AIM Communication, AIM Group International’s dedicated communication agency, successfully acquired the remaining 49% shareholding in GAS Communication & Partners, having previously held a 51% stake in the company since 2020. In addition, thanks to a merger by incorporation, the PR agency specialising in healthcare, pharma and social communications will be fully integrated into AIM Communication, forming a single entity from a corporate and tax perspective from January 2024.
Gianluca Scavo, CEO of AIM Communication, comments “GAS Communication & Partners’ established expertise and creativity in strategic consulting, digital and social communication, press office, and media relations, along with its rich track record of communication campaigns, awareness initiatives, and product marketing, integrates seamlessly with the services offered by AIM Communication, creating a more robust, comprehensive, and highly specialised communication hub in the sphere of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and digital communication.”
The team of professionals with two decades of experience in the healthcare sector from Gas Communication & Partners, who were already working in an integrated and complementary way with the staff of AIM Communication, are now merging to form a single, expanded entity with over 40 people in the Milan and Rome offices. The integrated team brings together complementary expertise in the fields of art and creativity, press office, strategy and new business, digital and social media, as well as administration.
“GAS Communication & Partners’ client portfolio, which includes a significant number of scientific societies, patient associations, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as ongoing and completed communication projects, aligns perfectly with AIM Communication’s business. It offers important opportunities for further growth, which will enable us to implement our growth strategy even more decisively” adds Patrizia Semprebene Buongiorno, President of AIM Communication.
