ESH 2026 Brings the International Hypertension Community Together in Gdańsk
From May 28 to 31, Gdańsk hosted ESH 2026, the Congress of the European Society of Hypertension, one of Europe’s leading scientific events dedicated to innovation in hypertension and cardiometabolic health management.
Bringing together more than 2,800 participants from around the world, the congress welcomed physicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, and industry representatives for four days of scientific exchange, professional development, and networking. The event once again confirmed its role as a key meeting point for the international hypertension community, providing a platform for discussion on the latest developments and challenges in the field.
ESH represents a long-standing collaboration between AIM Group and the European Society of Hypertension, built on years of trust and shared commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and fostering international dialogue. Over time, this partnership has continued to evolve, supporting the growth, international reach, and impact of the congress while contributing to its position as a leading event in the scientific calendar.
The 2026 edition featured a comprehensive scientific programme exploring the latest advances in hypertension, cardiovascular medicine, and cardiometabolic care. Through scientific sessions, presentations, and opportunities for professional exchange, participants were able to engage with emerging research, clinical perspectives, and innovative approaches to patient management.
Alongside the educational content, the congress offered valuable opportunities for networking and community building. These moments encouraged interaction among delegates, faculty members, sponsors, and partners, creating an environment that supported both formal and informal exchanges of knowledge and experience.
Among the highlights of the event were the Presidential Dinner held at the historic Artus Court and the sunrise session on the Baltic coast. Both initiatives provided memorable settings for participants to connect, share ideas, and strengthen professional relationships beyond the scientific programme.
The overall congress experience was further enhanced through dedicated communication activities, including live event coverage and video production services. These initiatives helped capture key moments of the event, extend its visibility, and create engaging content for the wider scientific community.
By bringing together expertise, innovation, and collaboration, ESH 2026 once again demonstrated the importance of international scientific meetings in addressing the evolving challenges of hypertension and cardiometabolic health, while strengthening connections across the global healthcare and research community.
