AIM Group joins the WHP programme and is recognised as a “Health Promoting Workplace 2024”

At AIM Group we believe that a healthy workplace is a powerful driver of business success. That’s why we are proud to announce that we have been officially recognised as a “Health Promoting Workplace 2024” by the WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) Network of Lombardy, a programme promoted by ATS Milano and the Lombardy Region.

This important milestone reflects our commitment to building a culture that puts people first – a culture where well-being, sustainability and corporate responsibility go hand in hand.

The WHP project, which we launched at our Milan headquarters and are now extending to all our offices, is more than a wellness initiative—it’s a vital step in realizing our commitment to responsible growth and meaningful impact. It brings our sustainability goals and social values to life, one action at a time.”

From ideas to action

What we’ve done to promote healthier lifestyles and daily habits in the workplace, we’ve already introduced a number of initiatives, including:

  • Healthy eating: modern break areas on every floor and vending machines offering fresh, low-calorie and sustainable food options.
  • Stairs for Health: a campaign to encourage the use of stairs instead of lifts to support daily physical activity.
  • Active breaks: simple and accessible exercises to counteract sedentary behaviour.
  • Smoking prevention: informative resources to support those who want to quit smoking.
  • Physical activity outside the office: corporate discounts and partnerships with gyms to encourage active lifestyles outside of work.

This recognition isn’t just a reward – it’s an endorsement of our strategic approach: putting people first drives better results across the board.
