AIM’s in-house Events Management System handles registration, accommodation, exhibitions, scientific programmes, abstracts and speakers. Secure and efficient, it provides real time data before, during and after events. The software has been designed for the management of events with up to 40,000 participants, and interfaces with smartphones and tablets. Its flexibility means it can be adjusted to meet specific requests and system integration needs.

AIM’s extensive supplier network and significant purchasing power mean we can ensure event expenditure is as effective as possible: our long-term vendor contracts, deals with hotel chains and repeated negotiation don’t just generate savings – they also mean advantageous cancellation policies and other improved conditions for our clients.
SUSTAINABILITY AND CSR
AIM takes its corporate social responsibility (CSR) seriously, and we are strongly committed to a responsible environmental policy in all our work. We feel it is essential to measure the environmental impact of an event, and that we should advise our clients on how to minimise this impact. We also assess our suppliers’ environmental policies, and favour those whose approach to sustainability is in line with our own.

We have an extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical trends, marketing and pipelines as well as industry regulations, providing client with integrated support to ensure compliance application.
Experience has shown that all pharma congresses are a compliance challenge. So when organising any type of medical event, we take into consideration all the applicable regulations – whether they be from the client country, the event location, delegates’ home nations or internal company regulations.
AIM congress organisers are regularly trained, and – in a constantly changing regulatory environment – our internal guidelines are regularly updated to ensure correct interpretation.
