Congress Organisation (PCO)
True partnership, one step ahead
Our long experience in organising congresses helps ensure the smooth running of your event. We pay great attention to every stage of the project: from strategic planning and on through coordination, operations, on-site management, evaluation and subsequent follow-up. All of us at AIM seek to work like true partners, not mere suppliers.
These are the cornerstones of our approach:
DEDICATED TEAMS: OUR MULTICULTURAL PEOPLE
We aim to put together the best possible team for each congress, selecting people with the most relevant languages, technical skills, destination and sector knowledge.
COMMUNICATION, PROMOTION AND INNOVATION: EMBRACING TECHNOLOGY & NEW TRENDS
Our creative communication team helps deliver innovative solutions to increase visibility, and thus enhance the client’s brand and event value:
- building engagement and loyalty through effective communication
- delivering expert technological solutions
- utilising social networks to their fullest extent
- developing unconventional networking opportunities
- creating virtual experiences
- exploring and deploying alternative formats
- seeking out new forms of sponsorship
- providing a consistent strategy for international congress promotion
ALL SERVICES ONLINE WITH CUTTING EDGE WEB PLATFORM
AIM’s in-house Events Management System handles registration, accommodation, exhibitions, scientific programmes, abstracts and speakers. Secure and efficient, it provides real time data before, during and after events. The software has been designed for the management of events with up to 40,000 participants, and interfaces with smartphones and tablets. Its flexibility means it can be adjusted to meet specific requests and system integration needs.
COST EFFICIENCY: GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR EVENT BUDGET
AIM’s extensive supplier network and significant purchasing power mean we can ensure event expenditure is as effective as possible: our long-term vendor contracts, deals with hotel chains and repeated negotiation don’t just generate savings – they also mean advantageous cancellation policies and other improved conditions for our clients.
SUSTAINABILITY AND CSR
AIM takes its corporate social responsibility (CSR) seriously, and we are strongly committed to a responsible environmental policy in all our work. We feel it is essential to measure the environmental impact of an event, and that we should advise our clients on how to minimise this impact. We also assess our suppliers’ environmental policies, and favour those whose approach to sustainability is in line with our own.
PHARMA COMPLIANCE PROGRAMME
We have an extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical trends, marketing and pipelines as well as industry regulations, providing client with integrated support to ensure compliance application.
Experience has shown that all pharma congresses are a compliance challenge. So when organising any type of medical event, we take into consideration all the applicable regulations – whether they be from the client country, the event location, delegates’ home nations or internal company regulations.
AIM congress organisers are regularly trained, and – in a constantly changing regulatory environment – our internal guidelines are regularly updated to ensure correct interpretation.
