Smart and creative
Milan is not only Italy’s business capital, but an historic and engagingly stylish destination in its own right. So as well as being home to a number of multinationals, it can also boast Leonardo’s Last Supper, a fabulous cathedral and one of the world’s most elegant shopping districts.
During recent years the pull of the city has been given an additional boost by infrastructure and accommodation investment in the run-up to Expo 2015. With a number of conference facilities also set to be part of the Expo legacy, Milan’s status as a premier location for even the largest events will certainly grow even further.
With over fifty years’ event management experience in the city, AIM has developed an unrivalled Milanese network.

“… I wish to inform you that your team members have done a great job in Venice, at the EPTDA Venice 2013 Annual Convention, the association's 15th anniversary celebrations.
Their professionalism, patience and diplomacy have added to the success of EPTDA's best event ever, with 184 companies attending.”
Hans Hanegreefs - European Power Transmission Distributors Association (EPDTA), Executive Vice President
“…The congress organization went smoothly, despite our budget constraints and the very large attendance, thanks to the AIM Group.
AIM is a worldwide agency and I strongly suggest WAPR to turn to them for future events.”
Angelo Barbato - Mario Negri Institute, Laboratory of Epidemiology and Social Psychiatry
“…. I feel the need of expressing you my personal sense of gratitude. The courses went perfectly, and what surprised me is that I learned a lot, even though I am surely not new in organizing conventions!
Finally, thank you for all the personal enthusiasm put into ECNR organization, often far from your working duties.”.
Massimo Gallucci - Italian Neuroradiology Association (AINR), President
“… I want to thank you for the incredible job you did during the past months.
It is really difficult to meet such efficient and professional people, and, in particular, such a synergy that was a decisive element in the success of our event.
A heartfelt thank you to all AIM Group staff.”
Valentina Rettondini - European Health Management Association (EHMA) Secretariat
“…It's been a great meeting and part of this success is due to your taking care so well of its logistical aspects, so many many thanks!”.

The Italian AIM Group companies (including AIM Group International S.p.A., AIM Italy S.r.l., AIM Travel S.r.l., AIM Meeting S.r.l. and AIM Education S.r.l.) have adopted, by resolution of the relevant Administrative Body, the "Organizational and Management Model according to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001" and have appointed a special Supervisory Body.
The above mentioned Model, containing the Ethical Code, provides rules and general principles of conduct that constitute the system of AIM Group’s values able to ensure correctness and transparency in the business and corporate activities (internal and external). In this way, the Model also emphasises, with clarity and full effect, that all the possible forms of unlawful conduct shall always be condemned and deemed contrary to the ethical principles of AIM Group.
This initiative has been undertaken also in the belief that – beyond the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 - the adoption of the Model and its Ethical Code may be also a valid awareness-raising instrument addressed to the directors, all the employees of the AIM Group Companies and all the other subjects who collaborate and interact with the same companies in whatever capacity, so that everyone may follow, in the fulfilment of their duties, correct and linear conducts, such as to prevent any risk of committing the offences contemplated under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
The Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 in fact has introduced into the Italian regulations the principle whereby the companies are also financially liable, according to a formally administrative but substantially criminal liability, for the commission of certain offences, fixed by the same Legislative Decree, perpetrated in the company’s interests or for its benefit either by persons in senior positions (so-called top managers) or by operators subject to the direction and supervision of such top managers.
The "Organizational and Management Model according to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001", containing the Ethical Code, together with the Supervisory Body that controls and ensures the observance and the updating of the same Model, are the tools with which the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 provides the company in order to rule out any form of administrative and criminal liability.
To this aim, the "Organizational and Management Models according to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001" adopted by companies contain a set of behavioural protocols and an Ethical Code that, beyond the employees, all the other subjects who establish contractual relationships with the AIM Group are required to know and respect (specifically for the session of their interest).
In this section is published a synthetic version of the Group AIM’s Models.
