AIM’s Brussels Office was established in 1999 and has become one of the best-known event management organisations in Belgium. Working on both local and international events, it has a wide range of clients ranging from pharmaceutical groups to IT, financial and insurance companies.
The office is located in a multi-purpose building close to Brussels Airport which also houses a variety of function rooms – including a 150-seat auditorium – as well as smaller rooms which can be used for board meetings and seminars.
We are an extremely cosmopolitan office, with our Belgian, Italian, German, French, Portuguese and Turkish team members speaking a total of eight languages. We also cover a wide range of projects, including destination (DMC) and conference (PCO) work, and association management (AMC).
The office is AIM Group’s main gateway for the numerous international professional societies and associations based in the EU’s Brussels hub, and we have several long-term association management contracts. We are also a core PCO for associations including EADMFR (European Association of DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology), RBSS (Royal Belgian Society for Surgery) and IDUG – EMEA International DB2 User Group.

"...The past few days I have received many compliments around the Conference. The content, the speakers, the care, the technical support, the reception, problemsolving and so much more. I want to thank you both for all your good work. I am very proud that we, despite of all the challenges, have organized a nice and meaningful Conference. For many of the participants is was a very impactful encounter. And it is fantastic that you remained on Board at all times. Once again many thanks!"
