CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A receipted invoice, which will serve as confirmation of registration, will be sent to all delegates upon receipt of the relevant payment.

GROUP REGISTRATION

The group registration procedure is offered when the number of participants therein reaches the minimum of 20 individuals and when the official Group registration form is used. The leader of the group should send a letter with his/her full address and contact details, specify the number of registrations to be booked, and enclose copy of the payment (or credit card to be charged or original bank draft), at the moment the application procedure begins.

The official Group registration list has however to follow and be received by the Congress Secretariat by August 3rd, 2009. Should this deadline not to be met, the difference between the early and the late registration fees will have to be settled in order for the registrations to be processed.

The list must in all cases report the full address of each participant; the address of the leader of the group, instead, will not be accepted.

All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. No refund of the pre-paid fees is due by the Organizing Secretariat.

Once the Group registration list is sent to the Congress Secretariat, replacements of participants are acceptable at no additional fee until August 3rd 2009.

After this date, Companies who wish to make name changes will be charged a fee of Euro 35,00 (VAT 19.6% included) per name change.

PLEASE NOTE:
Deadline for pre-registration is August 20th, 2009. After this date new registrations or changes will be accepted only ON-SITE.

The Leader of the Group will receive the invoice of the Group registration at the address indicated.
The Leader of the Group could collect on site his/her Group registration and material provided that the Organizing Secretariat has been sent copy of the letter forwarded to the delegates from the Agency effecting the Group registration informing them that their registration and congress kit will be collected by the leader of the Group and delivered to them at their hotel. The Leader of the Group is also requested to givethe Organizing Secretariat the names of possible participants willing to collect their registration and material on site on their own.
The
registration desk will open on August 30th, 2009 (from 14h00) to assist the leader of the Groups in their tasks related to registration. Delivering material to Groups will be possible only by appointment agreed with the Congress Secretariat.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Publi-Créations (uip2009@publicreations.com).

Cancellation will be accepted until 15th July 2009 and 70% of all fees paid will be refunded.
No refunds will be made after this date.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.

The payment transfer form should be net of charges to our Company and should clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s) and the “XVI World Meeting of UIP”.

By Credit Card: all major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American
Express ). Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the Registration Form.
