Registration for delegates includes:
• Admission to the Congress and exhibition area, opening ceremony and welcome reception, congress documentation, snack lunches from June 25 to 27, public transportation tickets for 3 days, certificate of attendance.

Registration for accompanying person includes:
• Admission to the opening ceremony, welcome reception.

    Payment by cheque will be accepted until May 12, 2006.

On line Registration
On line registration is available with payment by credit card in security certificate mode “Verisign” and “SSB”.

Please note
Deadline for pre-registration is June 14, 2006.
After this date new registrations or changes will be accepted only ON-SITE.

From June 6, 2006 registrations can only be paid by credit card.

Name changes
After April 10, 2006 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged a handling fee of Euro 35,00 (VAT 21% included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed.
Individuals can make name changes only in exceptional cases. Written permission from the original participant must be required in order to process an individual name change.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until April 20, 2006 with a refund of all pre-paid fees, less 30% for processing charge. Cancellation received after, are non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be processed and settled 60 days after the Congress.

Cancellation on or before April 20, 2006 - 30% of the registration fee will be withheld

Cancellation after April 20, 2006 - No refund

Group Registration
The group registration procedure is offered when the number of participants therein reaches the minimum of 20 individuals and when the official On-line procedure Group registration is used.
