On August 24, 2011 Association Headquarters and the AIM Group International will present “Going Global: Key Considerations for Association Leaders”.
With industries and professions expanding around the globe, associations must lead the way in evolving and adapting to a new landscape.
This thought-provoking session will explore:
• The importance of thinking globally
• Key differences in meeting management in the US and Europe
• Considerations before going global
• Global strategy development
The initiative is included in Pencil it In Series, a series of educational by Association Headquarters and featuring speakers on various topics including Association Public Relations; Association Board Leadership Development; Launching a Body of Knowledge.
