Brussels, 31 May 2012 - What are the drivers of change within our meeting industry? This question was the focus of the MICE Insight and Networking Evening held on 31st May 2012 in Brussels and organised by Glocal Solutions. Vice President of AIM Group International, Patrizia Semprebene Buongiorno, and Managing Director of AIM Group in Vienna, Susanne Kostka, were keynote speakers during this invitation-only event in which the programme featured a panel of experts in the economic , association and meeting industry world. The audience was composed of over 100 executives from international associations and organisations.
Patrizia Buongiorno and Susanne Kostka presented the different expectations and changes of today's meetings delegates, stakeholders and clients' needs focusing on the 5 top drivers needed to implement a successful event:
Meeting planners, event organizers and PCOs need to stay on top of technological advances and focus on the delegates' expectations. The customer experience needs to be monitored every step of the way.
Buongiorno and Koskta concluded this MICE Insight and Networking event with this advice for participants, "Look at your meeting through the eyes of your participant and determine a unique proposition that will exceed their expectations." "Make sure you keep your promise," were the final words of wisdom that concluded the conference and encouraged thought-provoking discussions during the ensuing networking session.
This event was organised at the AIM Brussels office, also the EU-HQ premises for Glocal Solutions, in their new executive meeting space and auditorium.
