How to make a hotel reservation
A List of Conference Hotels, terms and conditions of booking as well as an on-line reservation service link to the AIM Group International agency is available on this website.
Please make sure to have your reservation confirmed within 31st August 2012. After this date room reservation will not be guaranteed.
A voucher will be sent out as confirmation of your reservation.
GROUP ACCOMMODATION
AIM Group International will be at your disposal for any information on hotel reservations.
Group reservations will follow special group conditions and are not available online: please contact us in order to obtain “Terms and conditions for groups”
Guarantee / Payment of hotel reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
A one-night deposit will have to be settled by credit card payment upon reservation.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no additional cost will be charged on it. An invoice for the deposit paid will be issued by AIM Group International - AIM DMC Srl.
Upon check-out, the deposit paid will be deducted from your hotel bill. The hotel will issue an invoice of the remaining amount due directly upon payment.
Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International - AIM Dmc Srl. For cancellations notified up to 12.00 noon of 72 hours prior to the check-in date, no fee will apply and the deposit will be refunded.
In case of late cancellation or no shows, one-night stay will be charged.
Please Note
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
BOLOGNA CITY TAX - IMPORTANT
We inform you that starting from 1st September 2012, Bologna City Council will introduce a city tax for tourists staying overnight in the city.
Tourists will have to pay the levy directly upon check out in addition to the hotel bill.
The tax will be applied accordingly to the rate per room per night as follows:
- 1.00 - 30.99 euros per room per night ----> 1 euro per person per night
- 31.00 - 70.99 euros per room per night ----> 1.50 euros per person per night
- 71.00 - 120.99 euros per room per night ----> 2.50 euros per person per night
- 121.00 - 200.99 euros per room per night ----> 4 euros per person per night
- Over 201.00 euros per room per night ----> 4 euro per person per night
